Job summary

The Kraft Group & Affiliates in Dover, NH seeks an Assistant Machine Operator to assist with the setup and operation of assigned machines, supporting safe, efficient production and consistent output. You will follow procedures, run materials per specs, inspect products, and help keep inventory accurate in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

This entry-level to mid-level role requires basic mechanical aptitude, a high school diploma, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
2–4 years manufacturing experience in corrugated preferred.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine setup.
Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
Attention to detail and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist with the setup and operation of assigned machines in accordance with company procedures.
Run material through the assigned machine following customer specifications.
Ensure inventory entries are completed accurately and timely.
Inspect product to maintain quality and report defects.
Meet efficiency standards established for the machine and department.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and support facility cleanliness.
Follow safety policies and assist with two-person feeds as needed.
Contribute to special projects and assignments as required.
