Job summary

Remedy Staffing in Tyler, TX seeks a dependable General Helper for a full-time 1st shift in a manufacturing setting. Pay is $14.75/hour, with a consistent schedule and opportunities to train toward a permanent position.

Responsibilities include following policies, reporting daily for assignments, learning procedures, completing paperwork on time, and maintaining a safe, organized work area while supporting production goals with the team.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to follow directions and learn new tasks quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
