Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Beginner-level experience in production/manufacturing preferred.
• Basic English and Spanish communication skills.
• Basic understanding of production procedures and material flow.

Responsibilities

• Sanitation and housekeeping to support 5S standards.
• Organize scrap materials, pallets, and liners in logistics cells.
• Log weights from scrap carts and raw materials.
• Prepare large paper rolls and web substrates for splicing.
• Assist line startup and machine setups; aid changeovers.
• Safely operate compactors/balers and maintain clean work areas.
