Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, and operational finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and operational performance metrics.
• Prepare and present financial reports and KPI analysis to senior leadership.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights on trends.
