Qualifications
5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance or accounting.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control environments.
Advanced Excel ability (modeling, complex formulas, pivoting, data interpretation).
Responsibilities
Build and monitor performance dashboards across divisions.
Analyze forecasts, variances, and operational indicators.
Review financial results for compliance with U.S. GAAP.
Support cost-reduction efforts and capital planning.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
Skills
