Jobot is seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to join our Manufacturing team. This permanent, full-time role supports FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting, with Power BI for visualization.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in financial analysis within manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Hybrid schedule, comprehensive benefits, and retirement plan are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably within the Manufacturing/Industrial industry.
• Proficient in accounting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, capital budgeting, and journal entries.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team.
• Create and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Perform variance analysis to understand the difference between planned and actual financial performance and provide insights for management decision-making.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage capital budgeting process, including the evaluation of investment proposals and ROI analysis.
• Prepare journal entries and ensure the accuracy of financial data in compliance with accounting standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance financial visibility and improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize Power BI for financial data visualization and to facilitate business decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between financial forecasts and operational plans.
