Job summary

You will prepare board and management presentations, analyze capital investments, and model profitability for business units within the Medical division. The role requires a strong accounting foundation, manufacturing exposure, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA a plus.
• Minimum five-seven years financial reporting and Controllership experience in manufacturing
• Cost Accounting background preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and past trends in revenue, costs and capital expenditures.
• Monitor KPIs and oversee budgeting, forecasting and modeling tools.
• Review monthly/quarterly financial reporting packages and KPIs.
• Develop and utilize BI tools and dashboard reports for decision support.
• Support M&A analyses and due diligence as needed.
• Assist in annual division budgeting and executive presentations.
