Corium Innovations is seeking a Manufacturing FP&A Analyst to drive continuous improvement in financial planning, forecasting, and analytical processes across the organization. This role plays a critical part in shaping the company’s financial future by delivering quantitative and qualitative insights that measure progress against operating plans and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 3–5+ years progressive finance experience, with manufacturing exposure.
• Strong understanding of standard costing, BOMs, and inventory accounting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with FP&A systems and ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly/quarterly operating results and EBITDA drivers.
• Build and maintain financial models for manufacturing costs and ROI.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for manufacturing.
• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow projections for leadership.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, HR, and Operations.
• Improve FP&A processes and data automation.
• Support BOM costing, inventory valuation, and working capital planning.
