Bakerly LLC in Easton, PA is seeking an FP&A Analyst to provide financial oversight for two production plants, monitor costs, yields and OEE, and partner with operations leadership. This role offers hands-on building of financial tools and dashboards, delivering insights to improve productivity and profitability.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in manufacturing FP&A or cost controlling, a strong command of ERP (Sage) and BI tools, and a degree in finance or accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required; CPA/CMA a plus.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing cost controlling or FP&A.
• Experience building reports and dashboards from scratch.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAGE preferred) and BI tools.
• Professional English proficiency; Spanish or French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close for plant cost centers across two US sites.
• Provide weekly/monthly financial reporting on production accounts.
• Monitor Yield and OEE across 7 lines with variance analyses.
• Collaborate with operations and finance to translate data into insights.
• Prepare monthly plant performance reviews with variance summaries.
