Job summary

nVent in Blaine, OK is seeking a Finance Partner to lead FP&A for the manufacturing site, developing financial plans, monitoring performance, and analyzing variances. You will own the annual operating plan process, cost analyses, and close activities, partnering with site leadership to drive value.

The role requires 4+ years in FP&A or manufacturing finance, strong Excel/BI skills (Tableau/OneStream), and the ability to communicate with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Manufacturing or Corporate Finance.
• Ability to communicate with personnel at all organizational levels and build relationships with executives and finance staff.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau and OneStream XF or similar financial reporting systems.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under time constraints and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Finance Partner for the Blaine manufacturing site to develop financial plans, monitor performance, and analyze variances.
• Lead end-to-end annual operating plan development for the site, including process flow, timeline, scenario loading and financial consolidation.
• Support standard cost summary inputs and cost revaluation analyses.
• Assist with quarterly forecast processes with high-quality forecasts, including risk/opportunity analysis.
