Job summary

Clark Pacific is seeking a Financial Analyst in West Sacramento to join the FP&A team and partner with Manufacturing to drive profitability through data-driven insights. You will build financial models, forecasts, and KPI dashboards to support operations, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business, and advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, and ERP reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and reporting.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, construction, engineering, or operations-focused businesses preferred.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Power Automate, Vista by Viewpoint or similar ERP and BI tools.
• CPA/CFA/MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analytical tools for Manufacturing operations.
• Deliver financial and operational reporting to provide insight into plant, product, and project performance.
• Own and enhance Manufacturing KPI reporting including labor efficiency, productivity, and cost performance.
• Analyze labor costs, staffing levels, and utilization to support planning and forecasting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure processes.
• Prepare month-end close reports, variance analyses, and process improvements.
