Job summary

You will work with cross‑functional partners to ensure accurate reporting, monitor cost drivers, and support process improvements to strengthen financial performance and decision-making. The position requires collaboration and attention to policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 1+ year of accounting/finance experience; preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP, Workday or UKG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly and monthly close activities.
• Report and provide insights to monthly operation results.
• Support production reporting and inventory functions.
• Analyze cost savings and cost reduction activities.
• Prepare financial forecasts and participate in annual operating plan.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and others.
