Job summary

Integrated Magnetics, based in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Expeditor to coordinate materials, production schedules, and supplier communications. This role focuses on keeping workflows smooth and on-time across multiple manufacturing stages.

The ideal candidate will monitor for delays, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain accurate production status records while supporting lean manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related equivalent coursework.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to learn to use an ERP system for manufacturing purposes
• Good computer skills with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Monitor production schedules and coordinate between suppliers, production teams, and management.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and smooth workflow.
• Identify potential delays and resolve bottlenecks promptly.
• Maintain updated records of production status and progress.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and productivity improvements.
