Knowledge of production reporting and performance management processes.
Experience balancing workflow to avoid bottlenecks.
Understanding of safety protocols and audits.

Responsibilities

(40%)Ensure a continuous flow of work by balancing workflow and preventing bottlenecks.
(10%)Process time and attendance actions and manage daily reports.
(30%)Complete production reporting and analyze numbers for the team.
(10%)Address performance management issues and coordinate improvement plans.
(5%)Maintain a safe work environment and participate in safety audits.
(5%)Perform direct manufacturing duties as needed.
