Masterbilt, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Floater to support production and material flow on site. You will learn part identification, inventory processes, and receive cross-training on CNC equipment. This role is designed to broaden your understanding of our products and processes while aiding various production departments.

The position emphasizes onsite manufacturing support with no driving or packaging duties, presenting growth opportunities within Masterbilt's manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Learn part numbers, material types, and product flow processes.
• Deliver materials and job packets to production departments as needed.
• Assist with inventory organization and material staging for production.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (certification preferred).
• Assist Material Handlers with receiving, stocking, and inventory activities.
• Support production departments during peak workloads.
• Receive cross‑training on CNC machining operations and assist machine operators as needed.
• Learn machine setup, tooling, quality requirements, and manufacturing processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Complete required production and inventory documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
