You will maintain the fixed asset subledger, reconcile to the general ledger, and support capital project accounting with cross-functional partners. The role emphasizes accuracy, internal controls, and process improvement within ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of accounting or finance experience with fixed assets in manufacturing.
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing, energy, EPC, modular construction, or heavy equipment environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of depreciation methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets, from capitalization through disposal including transfers and impairment testing.
  • Maintain the fixed asset subledger and ensure reconciliation to the general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed asset reporting packages.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company accounting policies, and internal controls.
  • Maintain reconciliations of capital expenditures (CapEx) and asset classifications.
  • Monitor construction-in-progress (CIP) projects and coordinate timely asset capitalization.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting related to capital expenditures and depreciation.
