TAS Energy Inc. is seeking an experienced Fixed Assets Accountant to oversee the accounting, reporting, control, and lifecycle management of fixed assets across manufacturing operations.

This role ensures GAAP compliance and accurate asset records while supporting capital projects and collaborating with operations, engineering, procurement, and finance teams. Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience with significant exposure to fixed assets and manufacturing operations.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, energy, EPC, modular construction, or heavy equipment environments preferred.
• Preferred FAS Infor experience.
• Strong understanding of capital project accounting and depreciation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets, from approval through disposal including capitalization, transfers and impairment testing.
• Maintain the fixed asset subledger and reconcile to the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed asset reporting packages.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Monitor capital expenditures (CapEx) and asset classifications; coordinate CIP capitalization.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and project management to track capital projects.
