You will perform bead blast maintenance, process work orders in Oracle, and support final manufacturing with strong attention to detail. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs and wearing PPE, with standard 1st/2nd shift options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience.
• Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete required maintenance of bead blast machines.
• Transact work orders in Oracle.
• Maintain quality control standards to meet customer expectations.
• Monitor supplies in the area and assist in final manufacturing.
• Adhere to safety protocols while handling and moving materials.
• Collaborate with a small team and maintain a respectful, efficient workflow.
• Remain stationary or stand for up to 8 hours per shift.

Manufacturing Finishing Operator

Pay Rate: $21-$23/hr

Hours: 1st Shift: M-F: 6:30am-3:00pm OR 2nd shift: M-F: 3pm-11:30pm

Location: Broomfield, CO

Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Manufacturing Finishing Operator:

• High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience.
• Basic print/schematic reading skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and manufacturing programs.
• Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs on occasion.
• Ability to wear an N95 mask and PPE throughout the shift.
• Steel-toed boots required.
• Willingness to complete background and drug screen.
