Job summary

Snelling Recruiting and Executive Search is seeking a Machine Operator in Loveland, CO. This contract-to-hire role offers a 2pm–10pm shift, with pay ranging from $19 to $20 per hour, and a safety-first culture that values people and growth.

In this role you will set up and operate machines, monitor quality, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety and sanitation standards. Opportunities for skill advancement and raises accompany training and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality.

• Inspect materials and products for defects or malfunctions.
• Enter information into production systems accurately.
• Follow schedules, sequences, and production goals.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas per regulations.
• Wear PPE at all times as required.

Machine Operator

Pay Range: $19 – $20/hr
Location: Loveland, CO
Shift: 2pm to 10pm Monday – Friday

How you'll spend your time as a Machine Operator:

• Set up and operate machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Inspect materials and products to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Monitor gauges, dials, and indicators to ensure operations meet standards.
• Accurately enter information into production systems.
• Follow assigned work schedules, production sequences, and goals.
• Ensure work area complies with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Follow all safety, conduct, and attendance rules (PPE mandatory).

Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Machine Operator:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to efficiently multi-task.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Team player with strong work ethic.
• Physically capable to stand for several hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working near moving/heated equipment and moderate noise levels.
• Willing to wear required PPE at all times.
