Our client in Colorado is seeking a Machine Operator for 1st shift to support production. The role involves operating presses, trimming flash, and performing quality checks on molded parts, with opportunities to cross-train across functions in a safety-focused team environment.

The position includes three shifts with pay ranging from $22.75/hour on 1st shift to $24.75/hour on 2nd and weekend shifts, and requires physical readiness to lift over 35 pounds and stand for long portions of the shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to sit or stand for 75% of the shift.
• Move within the warehouse and climb stairs as needed.
• Dexterity to assemble small parts with hands.
• Repetitive motions are part of the job.
• Ability to lift/carry objects over 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily production and assembly tasks to support manufacturing operations.
• Operate presses and machinery involved in the reaction injection molding process.
• Trim excess flash from molded parts and conduct quality checks on each piece.
• Assist in assembling parts, molding, and de-molding processes.
• Cross-train with team members to learn multiple functions and support team growth.

As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency in every task. Location: BROOMFIELD, CO

We currently have three shifts available:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:15 AM - 3:45 PM
  Pay: $22.75/hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM
  Pay: $24.75/hour
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  Pay: $24.75/hour
  Candidates interested in the weekend shift must be available to interview during weekend shift hours.

• Capability to move within the warehouse, including occasional use of stairs
• Proficiency in using fingers/hands for assembly of small parts and tools
• Comfort with repetitive motions and grasping tools or parts for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, or move supplies and products weighing over 35 pounds
