Gilder Search Group is seeking a Machine Operator in Loveland, CO to set up and operate production equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency on a production line.

Responsibilities include monitoring machine settings, performing routine maintenance, inspecting materials, and recording production data. The role requires a High school diploma, 1+ year manufacturing experience, and a strong mechanical aptitude.

• Set up and operate machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Inspect materials and products to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Monitor gauges, dials, and indicators to ensure operations meet standards.
• Accurately enter information into production systems.
• Follow assigned work schedules, production sequences, and goals.
• Ensure work area complies with safety and sanitation regulations.

Machine Operator

Pay Range: $19 – $20/hr
Location: Loveland, CO
Shift: 1 2-Hour Days, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM
Choose from: Sun–Tues + every other Wed, or Thur–Sat + every other Wed
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire

How you'll spend your time as a Machine Operator:

• Physically capable to stand for several hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
