Job summary

Copeland, a global climate technologies company, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support manufacturing operations with data-driven financial insight. You will generate reports, assist in budgets and forecasts, and drive cost analysis across multiple teams.

The role requires 3+ years of financial analysis experience, strong Excel skills, and ability to collaborate across functions. This is a full-time opportunity based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of financial analysis experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close.
• Proficient in Excel with complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple systems.
• Legal work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Generate, maintain, and analyze reports for monthly reviews.
• Assist in annual budgets, standard cost updates, and forecasts.
• Perform weekly and monthly close activities.
• Support manufacturing planning with financial analysis.
• Develop analytical tools and models for decision making.
• Provide cost and GL accounting support during close, including journal entries.
• Complete inventory reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Collaborate with engineering, production control, and quality teams on financial analyses.
• Deliver KPIs and financial insights to department leaders.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and ad hoc analysis.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Adhere to safety policies.
