Addison Group is seeking a Financial Analyst for a direct-hire role in Monroe, NC. You will analyze manufacturing costs, build models and support budgeting, forecasting and strategic decisions.

The position reports to the FP&A Manager in a small, collaborative team, with a traditional in-office schedule and a backfill due to internal promotion. The role emphasizes cost analysis, profitability review, and close collaboration with production and finance to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Analyze manufacturing costs including labor, materials, overhead and inventory.
• Build financial models and forecasts, plus what-if analyses.
• Support budgeting, rolling forecasts and strategic business decisions.
• Analyze profitability, margins, production volumes and product mix.
• Perform break-even, cost and payback analyses.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs and variances to guide decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports for management.
• Support month-end close, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Present insights on costs, performance, and opportunities for efficiency.
