This role requires a Bachelor’s in finance or accounting and at least five years of financial analysis experience, with strong Excel, financial modeling, Power BI, and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Five or more years of financial analysis experience, including manufacturing cost analysis.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, standard costing, and financial statements knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; Power BI and ERP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments and locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual budgets and forecasts and analyze variances.
• Build and maintain financial models for planning and decisions.
• Prepare monthly management reports and executive dashboards.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, production variances, labor efficiency, material usage, and overhead.
• Maintain cost-per-pound reporting by plant and for the total company.
• Support standard cost updates and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate profitability by customer, product, category, and location; support pricing decisions.
• Analyze inventory and working capital trends and prepare capital investment evaluations.
• Develop financial models and improve reporting with Excel, Power BI, and ERP data.
• Support month-end analytical reviews with business leaders.
