BRT Extrusions Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner with operations and senior management to analyze performance, support budgeting, and drive profitability.

You will turn complex data into actionable insights that support EBITDA improvement and business growth. Key responsibilities include weekly KPI tracking, cost analysis across value-added services, and cross-functional collaboration to align financial results with shop-floor performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• CPA designation required; bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly production trackers and KPI analysis for headcount, labor, extrusion press efficiency, and operations performance.
• Analyze margins and cost drivers across value-added services (wet paint, powder coating, fabrication, anodizing).
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve EBITDA targets.
• Support annual budgeting, CapEx planning, projected financial statements, and rolling 13-week cash flow forecast.
• Validate data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate reporting; improve reporting tools and processes.
• Serve as a financial liaison between accounting, operations, and department leaders to connect performance with results.
