Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• CPA designation required; bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Experience developing and analyzing KPIs, operational metrics, budgets, forecasts, and financial results.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills, with attention to detail and data integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and proactively identify opportunities to improve business performance.

Responsibilities

• Operational Reporting & KPI Analysis: weekly production trackers and KPI evaluation.
• Profitability & EBITDA Improvement: analyze margins and cost drivers to drive EBITDA targets.
• Financial Planning & Forecasting: support budgeting, CapEx planning, and cash flow forecasting.
• Data Integrity & Process Improvement: validate data and strengthen reporting accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: liaison between accounting, operations, and department leaders.
