Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with finance/related field experience.
• MBA or CPA preferred and strong FP&A background.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing finance and site COGM planning.
• Strong data analysis and ability to present to senior management.
• Experience with standard costing and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) budget, forecasts, and long-range plans for ANC site operations.
• Translate COGM cost elements and assumptions into accurate financial plans.
• Partner with Site & Global teams to align planning assumptions.
• Ensure plans reflect operational realities with meaningful insights for decisions.
• Implement a model for multi-plant site allocation methodology.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly actuals vs forecast with leadership commentary.
