MiTek seeks a finance business partner to the US Automation Division manufacturing plants to ensure GAAP compliance and robust internal controls. You will own FP&A for five sites, support operational decisions, and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Leadership.

The role requires leading month-end closes, budgeting, and variance analyses, while developing KPIs and dashboards to drive improvements. You will split time between MiTek facilities in Chesterfield and St.

Qualifications

• Experience developing internal control policy and procedures.
• Ability to train manufacturing staff on policies, procedures and system functionality.
• Strong capability to analyze manufacturing cost data and variances.

Responsabilités

• Lead accounting activities for manufacturing operations, ensuring US GAAP compliance.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual close processes and GL ownership.
• Prepare and analyze cost statements, P&L, and manufacturing statistics.
• Train staff on policies, procedures, system functionality and inventory costing.
• Plan and monitor annual and cycle count inventory programs with Operations.
• Coordinate fixed asset accounting and capital expenditures.
• Lead ERP implementations and best use practices.
• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecast for manufacturing operations.
• Participate in monthly performance reviews and variance analysis.
• Lead meetings with plant managers to review financial performance.
• Provide insights on manufacturing costs, inventory and working capital.
• Develop KPIs and operational dashboards.
• Support strategic initiatives including footprint optimization and capital investments.
• Lead risk and opportunity analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and special projects.
