Job summary

MiTek Industries is seeking an FP&A Business Partner to own financial forecasts, analysis, and decision support that maximize value and profitability. This role partners with Function leadership, develops long-range plans, and provides trusted financial guidance to senior leaders.

This highly visible position requires building models, tracking actuals vs budgets, and presenting insights at reviews. It will lead cost optimization and strategic investments across the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or related disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic financial acumen and ability to synthesize information into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial forecasts, financial analysis, and decision support for functional leadership.
• Provide management reporting and commentary on monthly, quarterly, and annual results.
• Lead budgeting, operating expenses, capital expenditures, headcount, and strategic technology investments.
• Build financial models and business cases to evaluate investments and ROI.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
