Job summary

MiTek is seeking a finance business partner to support the US Automation Division manufacturing plant operations. You will own financial planning, analysis, and close processes across five locations, ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.

You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI development, enabling informed operational decisions and capital planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; equivalent combination of experience and education allowed.
• 4+ years experience in accounting within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems.
• Able to use Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting activities for manufacturing operations ensuring US GAAP compliance.
• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual close processes and GL ownership for P&Ls and balance sheet.
• Prepare and analyze material usage, cost statements, and manufacturing statistics.
• Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures.
