Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Finance Business Partner for the Myerstown, PA site to perform financial analysis, provide commentary and trend analysis, and monitor standard costs for on-site production. You will review costs across products and support management with timely reporting.

Responsibilities include analyzing SAP data, preparing budgets, and collaborating with operations to drive efficiency. Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or closely‑related field.
• 3 yrs experience performing financial analysis of life cycles for complex solid dose & liquid manufacturing, packaging and quality operations.
• Experience developing standard costs for new products and existing brands, including conversion costs, loss factors, raw material, and plant operating costs.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis; provide financial commentary, trend analysis & variance reporting.
• Establish & monitor standard costs for products manufactured on-site.
• Ensure correct costing for new products and existing brands.
• Analyze data from SAP P2R/H2R and finance reports; support management with insights.
• Prepare plant budgets; assess cost centers, NPC, variances & overall costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies and productivity.
