Job summary

Bayer in Myerstown, PA is seeking a Finance Business Partner to perform financial analysis, commentary, trend analysis and variance reporting for on-site production. The role includes establishing standard costs, costing for new products, and collaborating with manufacturing teams to drive productivity.

Responsibilities cover SAP-based data analysis, budgeting, forecasting and delivering timely insights to management. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or closely-related field.
• At least 3 years of experience performing financial analysis in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP P2R/H2R is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis of lifecycle costs for complex manufacturing.
• Provide financial commentary, trend analysis and variance reporting.
• Establish and monitor standard costs for on-site products, including conversion costs and operating costs.
• Ensure correct and on-time costing for new products and existing brands.
• Analyze data from SAP P2R/H2R and finance reports to support management decisions.
• Prepare plant budgets and forecasts; analyze cost centers and variances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and efficiency gains.
• Travel up to 10%.
