Connect Search, LLC is partnering with a growing specialty chemical manufacturer in the energy sector to hire an Accounting Manager for the accounting and finance team. Location: North Houston, 100% onsite, compensation up to $140K base.

The role oversees accounting operations for individual manufacturing plants and offers leadership exposure with the VP of Finance. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, a solid manufacturing and plant accounting background,

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong manufacturing and plant accounting background.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and operational accounting.
• Ability to partner with plant leadership and drive process improvements.
