Alcon, a leader in eye care, seeks a Manager of Manufacturing Finance in Houston to lead financial accounting, cost tracking, and budgeting for site operations. You will partner with plant leadership to drive performance and ensure accurate statements.

The role requires GAAP expertise, 5+ years in manufacturing finance, and advanced Excel/ERP skills. On-site with a robust benefits package supporting growth and relocation options.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant manufacturing finance experience.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and consolidate financial reports for plant/manufacturing operations.
• Conduct variance analysis for financial results (sales, COGS, working capital).
• Collaborate with senior managers to set financial targets and track KPIs.
• Coordinate the site’s strat plan, annual budget, and monthly forecasts.
• Analyze inventory and COGS trends to drive improvements.
• Support capital appropriation requests and risk assessments.
• Develop action plans to address variances and boost efficiency.
• Assist in monthly accruals, GL maintenance, and control processes.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support strategic goals.
