Job summary

Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Controller / Finance Manager for a Central Pennsylvania role. You will lead general accounting, budgeting, FP&A, and payroll while partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

The role demands 6–8 years in accounting with controllership or FP&A leadership in manufacturing, GAAP knowledge, and strong communication. Onsite with some flexibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience with controllership or FP&A leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all general accounting operations including month-end and year-end close.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes with leadership to drive financial performance.
• Provide FP&A support, including variance analysis and financial modeling.
• Manage payroll processing and related reporting with accuracy.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support lender interactions, including asset-based lending structures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing operations.
