Job summary

MiTek seeks a FP&A Business Partner to develop forecasts, perform financial analysis, and provide decision support to global functional leadership. You will build financial models, manage budgeting and forecasting, and guide strategy with insights on ROI and resource allocation.

This highly visible role requires strong communication with senior leaders, collaboration across functions, and the ability to translate numbers into actionable recommendations for business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience; business partnering preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic financial acumen and ability to synthesize information into recommendations.
• Proven ability to analyze actual versus plan results and explain variances clearly.
• Experience creating, tracking, and controlling actual, forecast, and budget metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism in financial analysis and executive deliverables.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders as a strategic financial advisor.
• Ability to leverage financial and operational data to develop meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial forecasts and analyses to support business decisions.
• Provide leadership with explanations and commentary on monthly, quarterly, and annual results.
• Lead global financial planning processes including budgets, forecasts, and investments.
• Create executive-level presentations communicating performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor spend vs. budget and recommend actions to optimize ROI and cost efficiency.
