JBN & Associates, LLC seeks an Accounting Team Leader to own the company’s accounting, financial reporting, cost control, and purchasing. You will lead a four-person team across AR, AP, purchasing, and the call center, reporting to the CEO, and partner with operations and HR.

The role targets a detail-oriented manufacturing accountant who can build clear reports, improve profitability, and contribute to a smaller, entrepreneurial organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 3 to 6+ years of combined general and cost accounting in manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, or similar environment.
• Experience owning the month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Working knowledge of GAAP, ERP systems, and accounting software; QuickBooks experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, including building schedules, reports, and graphs.
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, payroll accounting, and internal controls.
• On-site in Phoenix, Monday through Friday.

Responsabilités

• Manage month-end close, including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
• Lead financial reporting, analysis, and reporting to CEO and leadership team.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory, and purchasing for the operation.
• Supervise AP/AR/payroll; coach the accounting team and support safety goals.
