Qualified Staffing is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to own the company’s accounting and financial operations in a hands-on role within a growing manufacturing environment. The role requires independent work style, ownership mindset, and the ability to provide insightful financial reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities include daily accounting, GL management, inventory-related accounting, and ongoing analysis of COGS and margins.

Qualifications

Manufacturing accounting experience required.
Solid understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, AP/AR.
Experience with inventory and COGS reporting.
Experience preparing financial statements and management reports.
Proficient with QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting and financial operations in a manufacturing environment.
Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Manage general ledger activity, reconciliations and month-end close.
Monitor inventory accounting and related reporting.
Review manufacturing costs, margins, and related financial activity.
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
