Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis.
• Strong skills in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
• Ability to influence decisions through analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Experience partnering with operations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting for facilities.
• Analyze results, identify trends, and propose profitability improvements.
• Partner with plant and commercial leaders on pricing, productivity, and costs.
• Provide financial guidance to leadership and support capital investments.
• Maintain internal controls and financial reporting accuracy.
