Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting or business analysis.
• Strong planning, forecasting, budgeting and accounting experience.
• Ability to influence business decisions through financial analysis and recommendations.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting for assigned facilities.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with plant and commercial leaders to evaluate revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost optimization.
• Monitor weekly and monthly performance metrics and share insights with leadership.
• Develop financial models to support long-term planning and capital decisions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to plant leadership with financial guidance and decision support.
• Support capital investment analyses, ROI models, and post-implementation reviews.
