Job summary

The Finance & Administration Manager at a private 70-employee manufacturing site in Michigan partners with the General Manager to drive financial discipline, internal controls, and HR operations across finance, administration, and human resources.

This hands-on leadership role balances strategic direction with day-to-day execution, overseeing accounting, treasury, budgeting, payroll, and HR processes while ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive Finance, Accounting, and/or HR experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant finance, accounting, controlling, treasury, and FP&A for U.S. operation.
• Partner with GM and leadership with financial analysis and decision support.
• Oversee month-end close, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
