Job summary

Extremity-Care is seeking an Operations Finance Director to partner with plant leadership, drive financial performance, and optimize costs across manufacturing operations.

The role focuses on budgeting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and cost control, with responsibility for ERP systems, internal controls, and sustainability metrics. A strategic finance leader will champion process improvements and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
• 5+ years in operations finance within manufacturing.
• CPA or CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level budgeting and forecasting with operational inputs.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for plant performance.
• Conduct variance analysis on production costs and KPIs.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for conversion cost, productivity, and efficiency.
• Perform ROI analysis for capital projects and CapEx allocation.
