Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a controller or senior accounting role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required; cabinet or millwork experience is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the accounting team.
• Oversee all accounting and HR operations including accounts payable/receivable.
• Develop job-level and departmental reporting for operational decision-making.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and detailed project forecasts.
• Establish and maintain accurate WIP tracking and reporting processes.
