Job summary

A Sioux Falls-based manufacturer seeks a Financial/Cost Analyst to develop and maintain detailed product and production cost models using labor, material, overhead, and historical data. • Develop and maintain detailed product and production cost models using data from labor, material, overhead, and equipment.
• Analyze cost variances and identify drivers of differences between planned and actual results.
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, engineering, and finance to validate cost assumptions and improve costing accuracy.
• Support new products and process changes by evaluating financial impacts and developing cost scenarios.
• Maintain costing information and reporting tools to monitor trends, profitability, margins, and risks.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and cost-improvement efforts.
