Job summary

Hitachi Energy seeks an experienced Factory Controller to lead financial management for the Business Unit. You will partner with the Factory Manager and leadership to drive performance, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic insights, ensuring compliance and robust internal controls.

The role requires deep experience in manufacturing finance, strong leadership, and the ability to develop a high-performing analytics function.

Qualifications

• Progressive finance/ accounting experience in an operational environment.
• Experience leading finance teams and driving financial planning and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual budgeting process and implement strategic initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and business insights.
• Lead a team of four Financial Analysts and develop staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting per guidelines.
• Maintain a strong SOX control environment and risk management.
