Job summary

Quantimetrix, a growing biotechnology company in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a seasoned Controller to lead accounting and financial operations, including month-end close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D to drive cost improvements and ensure GAAP, FDA and ISO compliance. CPA preferred; 10+ years in manufacturing finance; ERP experience with IQMS, SAP, NetSuite. Competitive pay and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• CPA license preferred; 10+ years in manufacturing finance.
• Experience with GAAP, FDA/ISO and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance financial processes, internal controls, and policies.
• Lead manufacturing finance and cost accounting, including standard costing.
• Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliations, and scrap management.
• Manage month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, FDA/ISO, and internal controls while improving ERP.
