Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience with employee benefits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and analyzes reports on income, expenses, cash flow, and earnings.
• Plan, develop, organize, and evaluate the company's fiscal function and performance.
• Collaborate with IT Manager and General Manager to improve reporting systems.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to maintain costing and pricing metrics for profitability.
• Responsible for inventory valuation and stock level management.
• Coordinate annual insurance renewals for employee benefit plans and business insurance.
