Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands-on Controller experience overseeing accounting and daily activities.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication with management.

Responsibilities

• Direct the organization’s accounting practices and fiscal records.
• Prepare and interpret financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Maintain internal controls, annual forecast, financial reporting, and budgetary controls.
• Supervise accounting staff and evaluate their work.
• Coordinate annual insurance renewals for employee benefits and business insurance.
• Collaborate with IT and Sales to improve tracking and costing metrics.
