Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish timely monthly reporting and forecasted financial statements.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Manage compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Develop and document accounting processes and internal controls.
• Provide analytical support for business planning, including headcount and capex planning.
• Interpret and report on financial planning and performance metrics.
• Monitor KPIs and translate data into insights.
