Qualifications

• Active CPA designation required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing with standard costing and inventory accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and month-end close.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and general ledger accuracy.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with timely financial statements.
• Manage manufacturing cost accounting including standard costing and variances.
• Analyze manufacturing profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership.
• Strengthen internal controls and coordinate external audits.
• Oversee working capital, receivables, payables, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with operations and executives on strategic initiatives.
